This page contains all of the information you need to place an order into our system. Use this page as a guide for FAQ's and other important details as well. 

PRICING
Pricing listed on the catalog and on our website for sports uniforms includes the price for the actual garment as well as Shipping and Customs.

Names cost an additional $5 and numbers an additional $2.50 on non-jersey items. We will calculate shipping charges for business orders depending on quantity and location.


SETUP CHARGES
There are no setup or graphic charges if production ready art is supplied in Vector Format on our design templates.  Artwork and logos that need to be converted carry a onetime fee of $14.99 per design/logo.


TERMS
All orders require prepayment prior to shipment only. Payment can be made by check.  For your convenience, we also accept all major credit cards which can be used in our secure online payment portal with a 2.9% processing fee. Flexible or post shipment payment plans are not available.


ORDER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All orders need to be submitted via our Golden Sublimation Order Form. Orders must indicate the following sections to prevent confusion: 


    1. Team Name: Please specify if it is a Men’s or Women’s Team
    2. Item Description: Please specify what items you are interested as well as the style. 
    3. Design:  Please specify the final design you would like. For example, ABC1, ABC2. 
    4. Contact Name
    5. Delivery Address - clearly show delivery address.
    6. Order Date: Date of order submission. 
    7. Required Before: Please indicate if you need your order faster than our standard production time of 4-5 weeks. Note, if rush charges are authorized for orders shipping in less than current lead time.
    8. Pantone - Each color has various shades of light vs dark. In order to get the exact shade you would like. Please visit the following website. https://www.pantone.com/color-finder#/pick?pantoneBook=pantoneSolidCoated

Important: Golden Sublimation will not be liable for delays caused by failing to make progress or complete payments per the above payment options. 


NAME/NUMBER/SIZE CHART


All size, name and number information for your order MUST be submitted in an editable electronic format such as an excel spreadsheet. Hand written orders, especially for names and numbers will not be accepted. If personalization or numbers are needed they are on the template using PLAYER NAME and 00. You must also submit a name / number / size chart on our spreadsheet. Hand written orders for names and numbers will not be accepted. Assistance may be provided by Golden Sublimation staff.


Please use our Sizing charts to select sizes. Do not go off of other companies sizes to select sizes.


SAMPLES / SIZING KITS


Sample and sizing kits for many of our products are offered on our website at significant discount. Not all items are available. Should you wish to order a custom sample, full retail charges apply. If you would like to order a sizing kit for items not currently offered we will extend a discount of 25% off the standard price to produce that kit. All sizes must be ordered. Should you not wish to order all sizes then please refer to the 
Pre-Production / Less Than Minimum order area for charges. 


RUSH CHARGES


Golden Sublimation will attempt to accommodate rush orders wherever possible. That being said, we cannot define the exact lead time available due to season fluctuations. Rush charges incur a minimum of $5 per item.  Super rush services may be available for additional fees beyond 30%. Please contact your account manager for current lead time and costs. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customs or freight delays beyond our control. 

ART APPROVAL PROCEDURE


In an effort to reduce errors and ensure proper interpretation of artwork files provided the following procedure applies to artwork provided by you or done by our graphic team. Golden Sublimation will convert your art file (front, back and sides) into a usable print file for sublimation that shows all manufacturing  components of your garment (boy, sleeves, collar, etc). This manufacturing print file will then be printed at 10% scale onto fabric. You will be sent a photo of this sublimated fabric for approval.

 

You MUST carefully examine this print piece to ensure that all components of your artwork were interpreted correctly and are in the correct place. Customers should also ensure that colors of each component are correct although photographic and screen variances make exact color approval difficulty. Customers have the sole responsibility to ensure that artwork is correct. If customers approve this sample within 2 days of receipt then there will be no delay in shipping of your order. If customers need further approval than is provided by the 10% print file then please refer to pre-production sample options defined in this section. 


SIZING


Golden Sublimation sizing is used for all products. Please consider actual body type variations such as tall, short, stout, etc, when ordering. To ensure a proper fit, sizing samples are recommended. Golden Sublimation is not responsible for poor fitting garments not due to a manufacturing defect. 


REVISIONS


Any revisions or amendments after original confirmation date of order may not be allowed and will affect delivery date and are subject to additional charges. All such amendments, revisions and charges must be agreed to in writing. 


SMALL ORDERS / FILL-IN ORDERS / LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS / PRE-PRODUCTION


For orders that do not come to a total of $250 or meet our unit minimums there will be a $45 small order charge. This covers freight and handling differential on low value orders. The applies to all types of orders including fill-ins, less than minimums, pre-production samples, etc. Additional details and explanations on various order types can be found below.

 
    1. Pre-Production / Less than minimum order - Customers wishing to order less than our normal minimums of 12 pieces or wanting a single pre-production sample will be charged for the standard dealer unit cost plus $30. There is a maximum number of SKU’s allowed to be ordered with this policy of 3. If there are more than 3 different items wanting to be ordered then an additional $30 is charged for each set of 3 occurrences.

 

To illustrate this policy, if you wished to order 3 different items and they each cost $20, then your total costs would be 3 x $20 + $30  or $90. If you wished to order 4 different items and they each cost $20, then your total costs would be 4 x $20 + 2x  $30  or $140. To further illustrate, if you wanted to order a quantity of 3 of 3 different items, then the price would be 9 x $20 + $30 or $210. Any art charges are additional if custom art is needed to be produced by us.

 

Detailed description and costs for art are in another section. There are no art charges if you supply production ready art on our templates using our color charts. 


    2. Fill-In Orders - For repeat or fill-in orders that have a total value of less than $250 regardless of the number of SKU’s there will be a $30 small order handling and freight surcharge. Pricing for product will be standard dealer price. To further clarify, if you were to order a repeat of 4 jerseys that had a standard dealer price of $40, then total order price would be 4 x $40 + $30 or $210 for entire order including freight. If however you ordered 5 jerseys and 4 pants and they were each $40 then total cost would be 5 x $35 + 4 x $35 or $315. No small order surcharge would apply. 


NORMAL LEAD TIMES


Normal production lead time for new and repeat orders will vary from 4 to 6 weeks depending on time of year and current order volumes. 


COLOR APPROVAL


All prints will be done using the official pantone color chart system. Please note that some colors may look different printed than on a computer or phone screen. Please check carefully the print proofs we sent to ensure they color tone is exactly what you are looking for.

ARTWORK AND GRAPHIC CHARGES


There is no graphic charge if finished artwork us supplied on Golden Sublimation product templates. Templates for all Golden Sublimation products are available free of charge and designed to be opened in Adobe Illustrator. Pantone Colors MUST be used to ensure proper color output. Should you wish to have us do the design work for you, we make available a team of graphic artists that are experienced in designing sublimated garments. 


Production Ready Art - There are no graphic or setup charges as long as you supply a production ready art file. This is defined as a file received that contains all artwork, fonts, numbers, etc. Areas that are to be personalized must use PLAYER NAME in location of name and 00 to define number locations. Most important is that all colors used in the file use pantone colors as defined in the pantone color charts. This does not mean that you say the name or number in a legend but actually all components of the file must use the colors. We will not be responsible to open and inspect your files. 

 

OUR GRAPHIC SERVICES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 


Full Uniform Design - (includes top and bottom) 5 Designs $50
Golden Sublimation designers will work with you to create a truly “one of a kind” design for all of the items in our line. They will contact you to go over ideas, colors, logo placements, etc. The more information you can provide the designers, the more efficiently and accurately we can produce your design. Things that can really help designers are existing images or designs you have seen on the web, previous uniforms customer has done, etc.

 

The designers will work to interpret your ideas but we must limit design changes or edits to 2. After this additional edit charges will apply as defined above. This is a necessary measure to ensure that customers do not keep trying new ideas until they see something they like and monopolizing graphic time. Please note that all logos must be supplied in vector format.

 


CONVERT LOGOS TO VECTOR FORMAT - $15


This is the process of taking images in BMP, PNG, TIF, JPG, GIF and other bitmap based formats and converting them into editable vector formats. This charge is per logo converted. Golden Sublimation will provide a copy of the vector artwork after conversion so customer can use on other projects. Vector formats required are editable AI, EPS, CDR and some PDF files. 

WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To properly wash the garments please separate darks from lights, when washing. Turn the garment inside out and do not use bleach. Use HE detergent and do not wash with any garments containing sharp objects, abrasive materials Velcro or zippers. Products washed with sharp objects abrasive materials zippers or Velcro will void your 90 day warranty. 

Remove from washer immediately once it is complete to keep garments from ink pooling. H

Hang Dry, do not dry clean. Do not machine dry.

Iron on low/delicate setting only.

Do not use fabric softeners, 

Do not iron on patches, screen print, dtg print onto garments.

Small picks and pulls are very common on polyester garments and are more visible on dye sublimated products than traditional garments. Extra care should be taken to avoid damage to the garment.

LIMITED WARRANTY


Golden Sublimation garments are warranted to be free from defects under normal game play use for 90 days from the date of original purchase. 

 

If you have a problem with any product that falls into the warranty window please send us a photo and we will determine the best course of action moving forward.  This warranty covers actual defects in the manufacturing process or fabrics. We specifically shall not be liable for any contingent liability.  This would include but is not limited to incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, or for the loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, loss of information or data, or other information or financial loss arising out of or in consequence with the sale, use, performance, failure, or late delivery of this product.

 

 WARRANTY VOID OR NOT COVERED BASED ON THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

  • Normal Wear and Tear beyond 90 days

  • Cosmetic Damage such as loose threads and natural fading of colors over time beyond 90 days

  • Prolonged exposure to inclement weather

  • Damages caused by misuse, accident or negligence

  • Failure to observe and follow care instructions

  • Damage caused by rips, cuts, tears, and burns

  • If garment is treated with a steaming device or other high heat treatments including silk screening

  • Pilling and abrasion wear due to contact with abrasive surfaces in day to day use or laundering

  • Contingent or incidental costs such as loss of revenue or profits and/or punitive damages

 This list is not designed to be all encompassing list but rather a focus on the most common exclusions.
